Beginning July 1, 2017, all workshop enrollment requests must be submitted online through the new automated Workshop Enrollment Form.
The original paper form once manually signed by your Supervisor and Person Authorizing Payment will now be approved through an automated workflow. Simply complete the form fields on the online form and click submit. Your supervisor and person authorizing payment for your workshop will automatically receive an email requesting their approval. Once all parties have approved your request and provided all the necessary payment information, you receive an email notification confirming your enrollment in the workshop. You will also receive an email notification if your request is denied.
