Leaders will learn a pragmatic, easy to use model in order to address development issues and performance gaps with employees. Through observing and discussing video vignettes of modeled interactions, and several practice cycles using real issues, Leaders will gain both confidence and competence to immediately use the process and principles with team members. The trainers for this program are certified to facilitate the Coaching for Execution Program through BTS.
