The Administrative Code (Sec. 16.9-28) requires department heads and members of City boards and commissions to complete implicit bias training. The Administrative Code further requires DHR to post the names of the Department Heads and Commissioners who have completed implicit bias training, updated monthly. In compliance with the Administrative Code, Carol Isen, Human Resources Director, completed the in-person Implicit Bias Training on 9/12/19.
