The City engaged in a recruitment and retention process with SEIU, based on MOU provisions agreed to in bargaining that took place in spring of 2012. In the MOU, the City and SEIU agreed to address all compensation adjustments to specific classes through a labor-management committee process.
Upon mediation of this dispute by the Arbitrator, the parties have agreed to resolve any and all unresolved issues stemming from this arbitration by mutually withdrawing their proposals and amending related contract language.
