This workshop is excellent for: project managers, charge nurses, transit operations staff, gardeners, tradespersons, laborers and many others in lead roles. Supervisors and Managers should register for 24 Plus.

Through a series of highly-interactive activities, participants will learn the basics around successful communication and coaching. This workshop is ideal for employees in a lead role or anyone who wants to learn skills and techniques to guide and mentor peers.
