Course Description:

Managers and Supervisors have adjusted to a “new reality” of managing remote teams throughout the city, and maintaining an “equity” lens throughout the process is critical to ensuring true inclusion. In this session, we’ll all share tips, tools, and curated resources to help you manage with an “equity lens” as you continue to support the social and emotional needs of your team while at the same time helping them be productive at work.
