Managers and Supervisors are dealing with a new reality of managing remote teams throughout the city. These short sessions include tips, tools, and curated resources to help you manage your remote teams so that you can continue to support the social and emotional needs of your team while at the same time helping them be productive at work. This will also be an opportunity to learn best practices that other City managers and supervisors are using to support their teams.
