Before you enroll, check to see if your department has procedures for requesting training. Inquire first with your supervisor.

Complete the online form and click submit. Your supervisor and person authorizing payment for your workshop will automatically receive an email requesting their approval. Once all parties have approved your request and provided all the necessary payment information, you will receive an email notification confirming your enrollment in the workshop. You will also receive an email notification if your request is denied.
